Captain – 94' Private M/Y

Location: New York / Caribbean

Start Date:  1 to 2 weeks 

A private 94' motor yacht is seeking an experienced Captain to join the vessel as part of a professional, long-term program.

The yacht spends the summer in New York, followed by a month or two in Florida for maintenance, and then spends the winter season in the Caribbean. This is a private program with light owner usage, typically consisting of local cruising and occasional small trips.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Captain who enjoys running a well-maintained yacht and takes pride in creating organized systems, maintaining high standards, and leading a small crew.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts.
• 200 Ton Captain's License.
• Strong engineering and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience operating in the U.S. Northeast and the Caribbean.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Professional communicator with a proactive management style.
• Ability to establish efficient onboard systems and procedures.
• B1/B2 visa considered for qualified international candidates.

Package:

• Salary: $10,000/month 
• 30 days holiday
• Liveaboard position.
