We are seeking a 2nd Stew to join a U.S. flagged 40m Westport motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale. The vessel is located behind the owners private residence and is minimally used, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a Work/Life balance.

• Location: Fort Lauderdale (non-live aboard)
• Vessel: 40m Westport Motor Yacht
• Crew: 6 full-time
• Owner Use: Very limited ideal for work/life balance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $3,500 to $4,500/month (DOE)
• Vacation: 38 days holiday per year
