Associate UI/UX designer

What are your key responsibilities?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that align with usability best practices, accessibility standards, and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively enhance designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional prototypes.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work and understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with user research methods, including usability testing and personas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
