About the job Assistant to CEO
Our client, a retail company with its Asian headquarters in Singapore is looking for an Assistant to support their CEO.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily correspondence, arrange appointments, and meetings.
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
- VISA application.
- Handle filing and maintain proper records .
- Summarize current year plan, update year plan regularly and prepare for following year.
- Support CEO on budgeting and claims and billing follow up.
- Arrange meetings invitation, room bookings and prepare meeting minutes when necessary.
- Assist and support direct reports in any other projects, tasks and secretarial duties as needed.
- Information and material consolidation (News clippings, New Launches, Team contacts, Product Mapping & etc).
Responsibilities
- University Degree or Above
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of related working experience
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Well-developed customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experiences in MS office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Words)
- 5 days’ work and may be required to work during Weekend and Public Holiday depending when required
