About the job Assistant to CEO

Our client, a retail company with its Asian headquarters in Singapore is looking for an Assistant to support their CEO.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily correspondence, arrange appointments, and meetings.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • VISA application.
  • Handle filing and maintain proper records .
  • Summarize current year plan, update year plan regularly and prepare for following year.
  • Support CEO on budgeting and claims and billing follow up.
  • Arrange meetings invitation, room bookings and prepare meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Assist and support direct reports in any other projects, tasks and secretarial duties as needed.
  • Information and material consolidation (News clippings, New Launches, Team contacts, Product Mapping & etc).


Responsibilities

  • University Degree or Above
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of related working experience
  • Good communication skill in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-developed customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experiences in MS office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Words)
  • 5 days’ work and may be required to work during Weekend and Public Holiday depending when required
