Our client is a fast growing local pharmaceutical retail company. With rapid growth and expansion plans in the region, they are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the team and oversee the daily business operations and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Chairman to drive the organizational vision, mission and direction.
• Lead the development and implement the overall operational strategy.
• Full P&L holder to promote the company sustainable growth.
• Oversee, lead and motivate the management and full team from back office, frontline and production team to achieve the business target.
• Play a key role in further developing and expanding the company in the region
• Implement and formulate strategic plan for business growth, analyze and make recommendation on long term initiatives

Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 10 years of business management experience
• Willing to get their hands dirty to get things done, entrepreneurial mindset, and a change marker
• Aptitude in decision making, problem solving, analytical skills, strategic planning, and critical thinking
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
