About the Role
You'll be providing vital administrative and transactional support throughout the lifecycle of a conveyancing matter. From initial client contact to post-completion duties, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing quotes for conveyancing services
- Supporting client onboarding, including ID checks and file opening
- Assisting with the preparation of sale and purchase files for exchange
- Handling post-exchange and post-completion tasks, including submission of SDLT and registration
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team

- Previous experience in a conveyancing support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and terminology
