2M Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected regional law firm seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to join their well-established teams across offices in Hampshire and Dorset.

The Role

These roles offer an excellent opportunity for skilled secretaries who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. You'll provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within departments such as Property, Private Client, Family or Litigation, ensuring the smooth
running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and formatting legal correspondence and documents.
  • Typing/digital dictation
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling client communications.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and case files.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

About You

  • Previous experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems).
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach.
