Now,They're looking for an Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join our team in Winchester or Hedge End and we think you might just be the perfect fit.

The Role

You'll be at the forefront of employment law, handling a wide variety of cases and providing expert advice to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on all aspects of employment law, from workplace disputes to redundancy procedures 
• Providing day-to-day guidance to clients on workplace conflicts and settlement agreements 
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations Keeping clients informed about employment law changes and legislative updates 
• Assisting the commercial department with business transactions involving employees, including TUPE transfers

What Were Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in employment law 
• A confident communicator who can offer clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients 
• Someone with excellent organisational skills you can manage multiple cases while keeping everything running smoothly 
• Knowledge of case management systems and the ability to navigate online legal platforms 
• A proactive team player who can work collaboratively but also independently when needed
