Role Overview

As a Property/Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will initially focus on property litigation matters, with the opportunity to expand into broader commercial litigation cases. You'll work closely with clients ranging from individuals to businesses, guiding them through disputes involving property, contracts, and commercial interests.​


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in property and commercial litigation cases.​

  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of disputes.​

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.​

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.​


Experience and Skills Required

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEx, or equivalent with experience in property and/or commercial litigation.​

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.​

  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for making complex legal jargon accessible to clients.​

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.​
