The Role: 

Were on the lookout for a Litigation Solicitor who thrives under pressure, can juggle a caseload, and has the finesse to handle cases from day one to the final flourish. If you have a knack for crafting ironclad legal arguments and don't mind the occasional plot twist, we think you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Courtroom MVP: Represent clients in all things litigation; commercial, civil, employment, and more. If there's a dispute, you'll be there, bringing your A-game.
• Case Detective: Conduct legal research that Sherlock would be proud of, draft documents, attend court, and close cases like a pro.
• Smooth Talker: Negotiate and draft settlements with the poise of a diplomat, but with legal savvy.
• Client Whisperer: Keep clients in the loop with case updates and put their minds at ease with your expertise.
• Team Player: Collaborate on strategies, keep case files squeaky clean, and stay on top of any shifts in legislation.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years of litigation experience. (Drama-free, please; the caseload will provide enough of that.)
• A solid handle on civil procedure and litigation tactics.
• Sharp communication and negotiation skills, plus a knack for detail.
• Able to manage a full caseload and multitask without missing a beat.
• Experience with case management software preferred bonus points for any business development savvy.
