What You'll bring to the party

• You'll be advising clients on:
• Business sales, acquisitions, restructures & MBOs
• Shareholders agreements, company secretarial matters & EMIs
• Commercial contracts, IP & GDPR (yes, we said the G-word)
• Non-contentious employment matters (contracts, service agreements, settlements)

You'll also be:

• Working with other expert consultants to deliver top-notch service
• Managing costs like the pro you are
• Dealing with clients, agents, brokers, and opposing solicitors diplomatic skills a plus!
• Keeping everything compliant and confidential (obviously)

What Were Looking For

• ‍️ 5+ years PQE you know your stuff
• A book of contacts relationships matter
• Ambition because this is your business, and we want to see you thrive
