Are you a legal eagle with a love for all things property?
Were on the hunt for a Residential Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join an ever-expanding, well-established, and slightly tea-fuelled team.

What will you be doing (other than impressing us)?

• Juggling residential conveyancing transactions like a pro or at least without dropping anything important.
• Chatting confidently on the phone with clients and third parties charm and professionalism required (awkward silences optional).
• Typing up legal documents at lightning speed both audio and copy typing. Bonus points if you can type while sipping coffee.
• Taming Outlook, Word, and Excel or at least not letting them tame you.

What were looking for:

• Experience in residential conveyancing because we like people who know their TR1s from their TP1s.
• A phone manner so smooth it could sell sand to a beach.
• Typing skills faster than a lawyer heading to lunch.
• A basic mastery of Microsoft Office or at least the ability to outsmart spellcheck.
