Whether you've tackled possession proceedings, decoded tenancy agreements like Sherlock Holmes, or recently graduated with a legal qualification, we need your sharp legal mind and ability to untangle even the trickiest disputes.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Winning Cases):

Assisting fee earners with their caseloads

• Supporting landlords and agents nationwide their legal knight in shining armour
• Managing possession proceedings (evicting unwanted guests legally, of course)
• Preparing and interpreting tenancy documentation like a true legal wizard
• Guiding clients through lease extensions and enfranchisement keeping everyone calm and collected (mostly!)

Who You Are:

• A keen interest or experience in property or general litigation (bonus points for office experience!)
• Legal qualification preferred but not essential
• A natural problem-solver with a great sense of humour because property litigation is no place for the faint-hearted
• Proactive and enthusiastic you take charge and get things done
• Strong communicator with clients, colleagues, and even the occasional tricky tenant
• IT savvy confident using Microsoft Office
• Team player but just as effective working independently
• Organised and time-efficient able to juggle tasks like a legal acrobat
