Are you passionate about employment law and looking to take your career to the next level? Our Clients Employment Law team is growing, and were looking for a talented and driven Paralegal to join them in either Winchester or Hedge End.

What You'll Be Doing:

• ️ Advising clients on employment rights & workplace disputes
• ️ Drafting & reviewing employment contracts and policies
• ️ Supporting clients with settlement agreements
• ️ Staying up to date with employment law changes
• ️ Assisting our commercial team with TUPE and business transactions

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a caseload
• Excellent communication skills you'll be working closely with clients daily
• Familiarity with case management and online legal systems (or a willingness to learn)
• The ability to prioritise and work independently
