We are on the lookout for a a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Support Assistant to join a busy Real Estate team.

About the Role
As a Legal Support Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and organisational support to our solicitors and paralegals, helping to ensure the smooth running of property transactions and client matters. You'll be a key part of the team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and formatting of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and correspondence
• Maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines
• Liaise with clients to schedule meetings, provide updates, and respond to routine enquiries
• Support the team with document management, including scanning, filing, and archiving
• Coordinate with external parties such as local authorities and third-party providers
• Help prepare documentation for property completions and assist with execution processes
• Monitor changes in relevant procedures and support compliance efforts
• Undertake general administrative duties to support the wider legal team
• Provide assistance on other legal matters and projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a legal secretarial/assistant role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using case management systems
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
