Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing the establishment with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work night audit shifts if required
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
