Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing the establishment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
  • Process payments and maintain guest accounts
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work night audit shifts if required
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
