Overview

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to women across all stages of life. Join a mission-driven team focused on serving Imperial and Riverside County communities.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional healthcare to female patients
  • Manage prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care
  • Perform deliveries, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests
  • Provide in-hospital and outpatient care
  • Lead chronic disease management and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts, audits, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentor NP/PAs and serve as a preceptor for students
  • Support patient-centered medical home initiatives
  • Rotate between Innercare clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Doctorate (MD or DO)
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in:

    • Obstetrics & Gynecology
    • General Gynecology
    • Womens Health
  • Licensure & Certifications:

    • California MD License
    • DEA (CA-specific)
    • Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
    • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
  • Supervisory Willingness: Open to mentoring clinical staff
  • Schedule Agreement: Willing to work full-time, including occasional weekends/on-call

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $375K-$400K/year (negotiable)
  • Sign-on Bonus: $20K-$30K
  • Retention Bonus
  • Housing Stipend: $1,500-$2,000/month for up to 6 months
  • Visa Sponsorship: J1 & H1B eligible
