Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney Defense | CA Wage, PAGA & Class Action

Join our expanding Labor & Employment Defense Litigation team in Santa Ana, CA! We're seeking a talented Employment Attorney with 515 years of experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour (including PAGA and class actions), and workplace claims. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a results-driven litigator with deep knowledge of California labor laws.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex cases, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and a proactive approach to legal strategy. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll represent a range of employers, from startups to established corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in employment litigation (wage/hour, discrimination, PAGA)

• Conduct depositions, discovery, and draft motions

• Handle case strategy, trial prep, and court appearances

• Provide legal counsel on compliance and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admitted to California Bar

• 515 years of defense-side employment litigation experience

Salary: $150K-$300K (W2)
Must be local to Santa Ana, CA,  no relocation offered
