Job Summary

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at our clients facility in Aberdeen, SD, you will be a key member of the surgical team, responsible for administering anesthesia, ensuring patient safety, and delivering optimal care throughout surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia during surgical or medical procedures.

• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures.

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to create and implement safe anesthesia plans.

• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery expectations.

• Maintain accurate documentation related to anesthesia care.

Qualifications Required

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a CRNA (or eligibility for licensure in South Dakota)

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience preferred (new graduates considered based on program)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
