Remote | Environment & Sustainability Expert — $150–$350/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Environment & Sustainability Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, content editing, and environmental communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will reconstruct and improve business presentations covering environmental, sustainability, ESG, EHS, and compliance topics while preserving factual accuracy, scientific standards, regulatory terminology, and industry context. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction

• Reconstruct environment and sustainability slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Accurately reproduce text, charts, layouts, and supporting visual elements
• Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Preserve relevant terminology, definitions, assumptions, and regulatory caveats
• Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source material

Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

• Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality
• Apply executive-level presentation standards to senior and client-facing materials
• Strengthen visual storytelling across environmental and sustainability content
• Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and information structure where appropriate
• Balance visual improvement with factual and technical integrity

Environmental Content & Data Visualisation

• Review materials such as compliance presentations, sustainability reports, emissions summaries, and corrective action plans
• Improve charts, exhibits, and other visual representations of environmental information
• Edit content for clarity while preserving scientific and regulatory accuracy
• Apply evidence-supported titling and effective message hierarchy
• Maintain appropriate environmental terminology, definitions, and industry context

Design Review & Decision Rationale

• Identify presentation elements that should be improved, retained, or refined
• Produce detailed written logs explaining significant modifications
• Document intentional decisions to preserve strong original elements and the rationale behind them
• Evaluate exhibit choices, narrative structure, and presentation logic
• Apply critical judgement when assessing alternative design or editorial approaches

Quality, Delivery & AI Evaluation

• Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality
• Apply strong attention to detail across content, design, and visual communication
• Complete individual slide assignments within approximately 1–2 hours
• Participate in flexible, sprint-based project cycles as required
• Contribute environmental and presentation expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in EHS, sustainability, ESG, environmental engineering, environmental compliance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proven experience developing executive-level or client-facing presentations
• Strong slide-reconstruction, presentation-design, and data-visualisation skills
• Experience with visual storytelling and message hierarchy
• Excellent written communication and content-editing ability
• Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of environmental terminology and regulatory language
• Ability to preserve scientific accuracy, definitions, assumptions, and caveats during editing
• Confidence explaining and defending presentation and editorial decisions
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is advantageous but not required

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour
• Individual slide assignments are expected to take approximately 1–2 hours
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualisation, content editing, and visual storytelling
• Assignments may include sustainability reports, emissions analyses, compliance materials, corrective action plans, and related environmental presentations
• Work may be organised through flexible, sprint-based project cycles
• Strong environmental judgement, factual accuracy, and presentation quality are central to this engagement
• Project scope, workload, presentation topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
