Remote | Management Consultant — $245–$280/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced management consultants with strong expertise in business strategy, structured problem solving, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and executive-level written communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and business reasoning project.

Selected professionals will evaluate how advanced AI systems approach complex business and consulting-style problems, create rigorous prompts and reference answers, and provide structured feedback on reasoning quality. The work requires strong consulting judgement, analytical discipline, clear synthesis, and the ability to identify gaps in logic, assumptions, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Structured Problem Solving

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to complex business strategy and consulting-style problems
• Apply structured problem-solving approaches to ambiguous commercial scenarios
• Assess whether recommendations are logically supported by available evidence
• Identify missing considerations, weak assumptions, and incomplete analysis
• Apply practical consulting judgement across strategy, operations, growth, and market-related questions

Business Analysis & Research

• Analyse business scenarios using qualitative and quantitative information
• Evaluate market research, competitive dynamics, customer considerations, and commercial implications
• Assess financial and operational evidence supporting proposed recommendations
• Distinguish material business drivers from lower-impact factors
• Synthesize complex information into clear and decision-relevant conclusions

Prompt & Reference Answer Development

• Write high-quality prompts based on realistic consulting and business scenarios
• Develop model answers that reflect professional consulting standards
• Structure responses with clear hypotheses, analysis, and recommendations
• Ensure reference materials demonstrate rigorous reasoning and concise communication
• Create challenging tasks that meaningfully test advanced business judgement

Reasoning Evaluation & Expert Feedback

• Assess the quality, structure, and completeness of AI-generated reasoning
• Apply structured frameworks to identify analytical gaps and logical inconsistencies
• Provide detailed written feedback explaining how responses can be improved
• Evaluate whether conclusions are proportionate to the evidence presented
• Maintain consistent standards across diverse business and strategy scenarios

Project Collaboration & Evolving Guidelines

• Work with project stakeholders as evaluation criteria and guidelines evolve
• Incorporate feedback into subsequent prompts, reviews, and reference answers
• Adapt quickly to new business scenarios and analytical requirements
• Communicate clearly with project participants regarding ambiguous or complex cases
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professional judgement

Ideal Profile

• At least 1 year of experience working at a top-tier or highly regarded management consulting firm
• Relevant backgrounds may include firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or comparable organisations
• At least part of the relevant consulting experience should have been gained within approximately the past 7 years
• Strong expertise in structured problem solving and business analysis
• Practical experience with strategy development, market research, and financial analysis
• Strong stakeholder-management and client-communication skills
• Excellent business writing and ability to communicate complex reasoning concisely
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to synthesize large amounts of information
• Undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university is preferred
• Candidates based in English-speaking countries are preferred
• Excellent written English is required

• Compensation: $245–$280/hour
• Work will involve business strategy evaluation, consulting-style problem solving, prompt development, reference-answer creation, and structured AI-output review
• Strong consulting experience and high-quality written communication are central to this engagement
• Assignments may involve strategy, market analysis, financial reasoning, business analysis, and stakeholder-related scenarios
• Project scope, workload, guidelines, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, consulting firm, institution, or other third party
