Remote | Consultant - Executive Presentation Review & Reconstruction — $150–$350/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced management consultants with strong expertise in executive presentations, Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, and structured business communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project.

Selected professionals will reconstruct business slides, improve executive-level storytelling and visual clarity, and document the reasoning behind each design and content decision. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Presentation Reconstruction

• Rebuild business slide images accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Preserve key information while improving structure and presentation quality
• Refine layouts, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Produce polished, executive-ready deliverables

Storylining & Executive Communication

• Strengthen message hierarchy and overall presentation logic
• Develop clear, action-oriented slide titles
• Apply horizontal and vertical storyline principles
• Improve coherence across individual slides and complete presentations

Data Visualisation & Exhibit Design

• Improve charts, tables, and other visual exhibits
• Select appropriate formats for communicating quantitative information
• Simplify complex information without losing analytical meaning
• Ensure exhibits support the core business message

Content Editing

• Edit written slide content for clarity, precision, and impact
• Restructure dense or poorly organised information
• Improve alignment between messaging and visual presentation
• Apply management-consulting communication standards

Reasoning & Quality Review

• Produce detailed reasoning logs explaining slide changes
• Document elements intentionally left unchanged and the rationale
• Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and executive readability
• Explain design and editorial decisions clearly and defensibly

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience at a major management consulting firm
• Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proven experience building, reviewing, and storylining executive presentations
• Portfolio demonstrating slide reconstruction and visual storytelling for senior audiences
• Strong understanding of messaging hierarchy, action titles, and exhibit selection
• Excellent critical-thinking and content-editing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication
• Prior AI training, evaluation, or rubric-development experience is beneficial but not required

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour
• Work will involve executive presentation reconstruction, content editing, data visualisation, storylining, and documented reasoning
• Strong management-consulting presentation experience is central to this engagement
• Project scope and presentation formats may vary depending on assignment requirements
