We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Visual Designers with strong expertise in presentation and deck design, typography, layout systems, template development, visual style inference, and rubric authoring to contribute to an advanced AI training and visual-design evaluation project.

Selected professionals will design expert-level presentation tasks, create gold-standard reference decks, define precise visual-quality criteria, and evaluate AI-generated presentation outputs against professional standards for typography, hierarchy, grids, template fidelity, and brand consistency. The opportunity is intended for professionals based in North America or Europe. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation & Deck Design

• Design expert-level presentation tasks using reference decks, brand assets, and structured content inputs
• Create polished presentation outputs across varied business and communication scenarios
• Apply strong visual judgement to typography, hierarchy, spacing, and layout
• Develop slides that demonstrate professional presentation-design standards
• Adapt design approaches to different content types and audience needs

Gold-Standard Reference Decks

• Create high-quality example decks that serve as reference outputs
• Demonstrate refined typography, grid systems, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Apply strong craft across slide composition and information density
• Build examples that clearly illustrate expected design quality
• Maintain consistency across complex multi-slide presentation systems

Template Systems & Style Reapplication

• Build, extend, and apply visual template systems across multiple slide types
• Infer visual rules from reference presentations and brand materials
• Replicate established styles with a high degree of accuracy
• Translate brand guidelines into reusable presentation structures
• Ensure consistency across typography, colours, iconography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Visual Rubric Development

• Define clear and actionable criteria for polished and on-brand presentation design
• Develop structured rubrics for evaluating visual outputs
• Establish measurable standards for typography, hierarchy, alignment, consistency, and template adherence
• Translate expert design judgement into concrete evaluation criteria
• Refine rubrics as presentation tasks and project requirements evolve

AI Design Evaluation & Quality Assurance

• Evaluate AI-generated presentation outputs against professional design standards
• Identify visual failure modes such as misaligned grids, inconsistent hierarchy, or off-brand elements
• Assess style fidelity and adherence to reference templates
• Document design weaknesses and improvement opportunities precisely
• Provide structured feedback supporting improvements in AI-generated visual work

Stakeholder Collaboration & Design Feedback

• Communicate visual reasoning clearly through written and verbal feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders on presentation tasks, templates, and evaluation systems
• Incorporate feedback into evolving design standards
• Explain complex design decisions in practical and actionable terms
• Support iterative improvements to presentation-generation and evaluation workflows

Ideal Profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in agency, corporate communications, brand design, or independent presentation design
• Advanced typography and layout skills
• Strong understanding of colour, iconography, grids, hierarchy, and presentation craft
• Demonstrated fluency in building and applying presentation template systems
• Ability to infer and accurately reproduce visual styles from reference materials
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality presentation work such as board decks, pitch decks, sales decks, or brand-system projects
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• Strong familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
• Experience designing data-rich or complex business presentations is valuable
• Experience translating brand guidelines into scalable presentation systems is beneficial
• Experience authoring evaluation rubrics or contributing to AI-training projects is advantageous but not required
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required
