Remote | Excel Specialist — $20–$60/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Excel and business-document professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Office Open XML, business analysis, document review, scenario design, and cross-application workflows involving PowerPoint and Word to contribute to an advanced AI training and document-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will design realistic business scenarios, create and review complex Office documents, interact with advanced language models, compare AI-generated deliverables, and provide structured feedback on quality, accuracy, and business relevance. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Excel & Business Document Evaluation

• Design and review complex Excel-based business tasks, models, analyses, reports, and workbooks
• Assess formula logic, structure, usability, analytical quality, and business relevance
• Review .xlsx, .docx, and .pptx files for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and professional presentation
• Identify analytical gaps, unsupported conclusions, or document-quality issues
• Apply professional standards across finance, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and related functions

Scenario Design & LLM Interaction

• Create realistic business scenarios based on professional workflows
• Develop prompts requiring meaningful analytical reasoning and document creation
• Engage in structured multi-turn interactions with advanced language models
• Refine instructions and assess how prompt design affects output quality
• Ensure scenarios have clear objectives, constraints, and expected deliverables

Deliverable Comparison & AI Evaluation

• Compare competing AI-generated documents against defined professional standards
• Evaluate accuracy, completeness, clarity, usefulness, and presentation quality
• Select stronger outputs and explain preference decisions clearly
• Provide detailed feedback on model strengths, weaknesses, and document handling
• Contribute structured evaluation data supporting model improvement

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in complex business environments
• Strong Microsoft Excel expertise
• Experience creating models, analyses, reports, and professional business documents
• Strong business-analysis and analytical reasoning skills
• Experience in finance, healthcare, technology, consulting, retail, strategy, operations, HR, marketing, or related functions
• Ability to design realistic professional scenarios and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication
• Ability to articulate nuanced differences between competing outputs
• Familiarity with Office Open XML is advantageous
• Experience using LLMs or writing detailed prompts is beneficial
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required
