We are sharing a full-time opportunity for a recent graduate with strong analytical ability, technical aptitude, and an interest in data operations, project management, workflow optimisation, and human-data systems to support advanced AI training and operational initiatives.
The role focuses on managing data workflows, monitoring operational performance, analysing datasets, improving processes, and maintaining quality standards across human-data operations. It is particularly suited to recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative disciplines. No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities
Data Operations & Workflow Management
- Support data collection, annotation, processing, review, and analysis workflows
- Build structured, repeatable processes for high-quality data production
- Monitor workflow performance and identify bottlenecks or quality issues
- Improve process reliability, scalability, and handoffs across project stages
- Support human-in-the-loop workflows used in AI training and evaluation
Project Management & Performance
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and open issues
- Maintain visibility into project progress and surface blockers
- Monitor KPIs covering quality, throughput, efficiency, and workflow performance
- Translate operational metrics into actionable insights
- Support data-driven project and process decisions
Data Analysis & Quality
- Analyse datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Support validation procedures and corrective-action efforts
- Prepare clear analytical summaries and stakeholder updates
- Measure the impact of workflow improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with technical, operational, analytical, and business stakeholders
- Align data workflows with broader project objectives
- Document processes and project decisions clearly
- Communicate findings and operational issues effectively
- Contribute proactively to problem solving and continuous improvement
Ideal Profile
- Recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude
- Experience through coursework, internships, or projects involving data analysis, workflow optimisation, operations, or similar work
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and explain findings clearly
- Strong attention to detail and ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment
- Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or comparable tools is valuable
- Internship or project experience in data management, AI/ML, operations, or process optimisation is beneficial
- No prior AI-training experience is required
