Remote | AI Consulting Domain Expert — $100–$200/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced professionals in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operations, and related analytically rigorous fields to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project focused on business reasoning, professional writing, prompt development, and model-output assessment.

Selected professionals will evaluate and refine AI-generated business content, develop structured prompts, review strategy and market-analysis materials, and conduct rubric-based quality assessments. The work is particularly suited to professionals with experience in client-facing analysis, executive communication, structured problem solving, and high-quality business writing. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Business Analysis & Writing

• Develop and review strategy reports, market analyses, business cases, executive summaries, and recommendation materials
• Evaluate assumptions, evidence, analytical structure, and business conclusions
• Translate complex qualitative and quantitative findings into clear recommendations
• Edit professional content for clarity, precision, structure, and executive readability
• Conduct targeted research and fact checking where required

Prompt Development & AI Evaluation

• Create and refine prompts for complex business and consulting scenarios
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, relevance, and professional usefulness
• Identify unsupported conclusions, analytical gaps, factual issues, or weak business logic
• Assess how prompt structure influences model behaviour and output quality
• Provide clear recommendations supporting model improvement

Quality Assurance & Structured Review

• Apply detailed evaluation rubrics consistently across repeated tasks
• Review outputs for correctness, completeness, relevance, and professional quality
• Handle ambiguous or edge-case evaluations requiring deeper judgement
• Annotate and classify business content according to project guidelines
• Identify recurring quality issues and support reviewer calibration

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operations, or a comparable analytical environment
• Strong critical-thinking, structured problem-solving, and business-analysis skills
• Demonstrated experience producing reports, recommendations, market analyses, presentations, or business cases
• Excellent professional writing, editing, and executive-communication skills
• Strong independent research and fact-checking ability
• Experience interpreting data and evaluating business content
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-output evaluation, data annotation, or rubric-based assessment is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Master's, JD, MBA, PhD, or another advanced degree is advantageous but not required
• No prior AI-training experience is required

Engagement Details

• Part-time independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $100–$200/hour
• Work will involve consulting-style analysis, AI-output evaluation, prompt development, market analysis, business-case review, executive communication, research, fact checking, data annotation, and quality assurance
• Assignments may include strategy reports, market analyses, client-style presentations, recommendation memos, business cases, executive summaries, model outputs, and evaluation rubrics
• Prior experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation, RLHF, or data annotation is helpful but not required
• Project scope, workload, business topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, consulting firm, institution, or other third party
