Key Responsibilities:

1.Franchise System Setup

  • Develop the franchise model including package structure, fee model, unit economics, SOP frameworks, and training systems. Support the launch of the first franchise outlet as a pilot.

2.Franchise Sales & Expansion

  • Create and execute franchise sales strategies, generate partner pipelines, lead presentations and negotiations, and secure franchise and multi-unit partners in Thailand and SEA.

3.Regional Market Development

  • Conduct market analysis for Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines; recommend entry strategies, territory planning, and expansion roadmaps.

4.Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main contact for franchise partners during pre-opening and early operations, supporting business planning and performance improvement.

5.Operational & Brand Compliance

  • Ensure franchisees adhere to brand, product quality, and store operation standards in coordination with Operations and QA teams.

6.Performance Monitoring

  • Track franchise KPIs (sales, profitability, efficiency) and implement improvement plans for underperforming stores.

7.Commercial & Contract Support

  • Work with Legal and Finance to structure franchise agreements, territory rights, and commercial terms.

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years in franchise development, business development, or multi-unit retail/F&B expansion
  • Experience setting up or scaling franchise systems preferred
