  1. IT Strategy & Governance Define and execute the Group IT strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans. Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and security frameworks for shared services across all companies. Plan and manage the IT budget to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
  2. Shared Services & Business Enablement Lead and manage the IT Shared Service function to support both franchise and FMCG businesses. Partner closely with senior management and key functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to translate business needs into effective IT solutions. Enable cross-border operations and business scalability through reliable and standardized IT systems.
  3. Core Systems Management Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations of SAP (ERP), CRM systems, and Lark. Ensure system integration with external partners, OEMs, and outsourced service providers. Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and system optimization.
  4. Vendor & Outsource Management Manage relationships with IT vendors, system integrators, and outsourced service providers. Monitor service performance, SLAs, timelines, and costs to ensure delivery quality and business continuity. Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and external IT partners.
  5. Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management Ensure information security, data privacy, and system reliability across the Group. Identify and mitigate IT risks, including business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
  6. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead, develop, and coach the IT Shared Service team to build strong technical and business-oriented capabilities. Foster an agile, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset within the IT organization.

Job Specification (JS) :

  1. Thai Nationality only
  2. Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields
  3. 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  4. Strong experience in IT strategy, governance, and shared services management
  5. Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP preferred), CRM, and enterprise systems
  6. Proven capability in vendor management, cybersecurity, and IT risk management
  7. Business-oriented leader with experience in franchise, FMCG, retail, or multi-business environments (preferred)
