  • Own and manage the brand's annual promotion and campaign calendar, with plans prepared at least one quarter in advance.
  • Share responsibility with the Operations team for same-store sales targets and transaction volume.
  • Design primarily full-price and product-led campaigns. The company does not follow a blanket discount strategy; customer value should be delivered mainly through the membership program.
  • Plan new product launches (NPD launches) together with the Product team, in line with the company's agreed timing and guidelines.
  • Conduct demand forecasting with the Operations team to support raw material planning and minimize waste.
  • Every campaign must have an agreed ROI target before launch and a post-mortem review after completion to capture key learnings.

2. CRM Membership

  • Own the overall CRM strategy, including customer database management, segmentation, and communication throughout the customer lifecycle via LINE OA and other relevant channels.
  • Manage the Super Bear Membership Program, the company's flagship CRM program, covering membership sales, activation, benefit usage, and renewal.
  • Design the customer journey, including onboarding new members, maintaining purchase frequency during the early stage, and re-engaging inactive customers through win-back programs.
  • Use POS sales data to connect member behavior with actual sales performance and turn customer insights into promotional and relationship-building programs.

3. IP Collaboration

  • Manage the collaboration pipeline with licensed characters at least two quarters in advance.
  • Source and jointly negotiate IP opportunities with the CEO, while final IP approval and pricing frameworks remain under the CEO's authority.
  • Plan premium product drops, collection mechanics, and measurement of impact on sales and new customer acquisition for each collection.
  • Conduct post-drop reviews against targets and recommend improvements to campaign mechanics to the CEO.

4. Local Store Marketing (LSM)

  • Develop a Local Store Marketing playbook for new store openings, underperforming stores, and stores in specific locations such as office areas, universities, and event venues.
  • Design and manage in-store communication materials and menu boards together with the Graphic Design team, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Operations teams to launch new stores and drive sales toward target.
  • Manage the balance of sales channels by increasing the proportion of in-store customers and members relative to delivery channels.

5. Brand, Marcom Execution

  • Manage brand communications across all channels, including social media, PR, and in-store media, in line with the company's 4C brand principles and brand system.
  • Manage the internal Content team and external agencies, with performance measured against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Recommend initiatives to strengthen and develop the brand, while final approval of overall brand direction remains under the CEO's authority.
