หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบงานหลัก (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Defining, implementing the brand strategy and exploring business opportunities.
- Study & analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insight.
- Develop communication strategy, content creativity across all channels
- Lead, execute, measure, report and improve content, campaign and marketing activities across all business channel & ensure brand consistency all touchpoints and customer journey.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop campaign that support product and service growth based on business objectives.
- Manage timeline and budget planning for brand and marketing communication.
