Intern - Content Creator

Key Responsibilities (JD)

• Content Planning: Plan and assist in developing the Content Plan for HR social media channels.
• Video Production: Edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Shorts) focusing on work-life, corporate culture, and recruitment.
• Channel Management: Publish and manage content across various platforms, including TikTok, IG, and Facebook.
• Creative Ideation: Brainstorm fresh ideas to make HR content more approachable, engaging, and on trend.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor basic engagement metrics and collect feedback to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications (JS)

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Interests: Passionate about Content Creation, social media, and Video production.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in basic editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Digital Savvy: Active social media user with a deep understanding of current trends and short-form video content.
• Mindset: Creative, proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
