Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join BEARHOUSE. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating meaningful campaigns, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning insights into impactful brand experiences. You will work across creative development, campaign management, coordination with internal teams and external partners, and overall communication execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Creative Development

- Lead and support the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns—from ideation, creative brainstorming, and concept development to execution.

- Propose fresh and innovative creative ideas that align with BEARHOUSE brand identity and customer passion points.

- Collaborate closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure creative assets reflect campaign goals and brand tone.

2. Campaign Management & Coordination

- Manage overall campaign timelines, deliverables, and daily operations to ensure smooth execution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including stores, operations, commercial, finance, and senior management.

- Work closely with external partners such as agencies, production houses, and vendors to deliver campaign materials on time and with quality.

- Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis.

3. Communication & Media Execution

- Develop and manage communication plans across online/offline channels.

- Coordinate with media agencies on planning and execution.

- Ensure all communication materials are consistent with brand messaging and visual guidelines.

- Assist in creating content briefs and reviewing communication materials before launch.

4. Competitor & Market Trend Monitoring

- Monitor competitor campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

- Keep up-to-date with industry and pop culture trends relevant to BEARHOUSE.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaigns, product positioning, and creative direction.

Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management (F&B experience is a plus).
- Age not over 30.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Canva AI, analytics AI tools) to support creative development, research, content ideation, and productivity.
- Strong creativity with a passion for brand storytelling.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with social media trends, KOL landscape, and youth-driven pop culture.
