AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

ABOUT THE JOB:

PAY RANGE:

$48.00 $68.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct welding inspections to D1.1 code standards

• Prepare daily field reports and communicate observed deficiencies to project managers, contractors, and clients.

• Interpret project-related drawings and specifications

• Collaborate with design professionals throughout all project phases to ensure code compliance and project success

ABOUT YOU:

• Certification: AWS CWI, Certified Welding Inspector Certification

• Experience with UT, MT, PT Non-Destructive Testing, certification is a plus (If you don’t have these yet, we offer a career path to obtain them with reimbursement!)

• ICC Structural Steel & Bolting Certification is a plus (If you don’t have these yet, we offer a career path to obtain them with reimbursement!)

• Effective communication skills with project managers, fabrication facilities, and clients
