PAY RANGE:

$22.00 $35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks for:

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • Carpentry

  • Flooring

  • HVAC

  • Etc.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.

• Own and operate hand tools

ABOUT YOU:

• At least 3 years of experience

• Ability to travel with your own vehicle
