- Meet with current and potential customers in the aluminum smelting industry.

- Develop global sales plans, budgets, and market strategies.

- Drive direct sales activities to achieve business goals.

- Lead negotiations from initial contact to final contract signing.

- Market products and attend trade shows.

- Foster proactive customer relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with other units.

- Manage proposals and review cost estimations.

- Support legal and commercial departments in contract terms.

**Requirements:**

-Must have an experience in the aluminum industry

- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.

- Extensive sales and engineering experience in an international setting.

- Proven success in business development and project management.

- Strong work ethic and passion for technology solutions.

- Track record of meeting targets and driving new business.

- Willingness to travel worldwide.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Proficient in contract negotiation and conclusion.
