We are currently seeking a courteous and professional Front Desk Agent to be a part of our client's 5* hotel in Doha, Qatar.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a pivotal role in shaping their perception of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Reception: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  2. Information Desk: Provide guests with information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, helping them make the most of their stay.
  3. Reservations: Assist guests with room reservations, upgrades, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
  4. Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
  5. Security Awareness: Maintain vigilance and report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including handling phone calls, managing guest accounts, and processing payments.
  7. Concierge Services: Offer concierge services such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and providing local recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office software.
  • A pleasing personality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must be eligible to work in Qatar.
