Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Restaurant Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the restaurant.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Monitor the quality of food and service, ensuring that guests receive the best experience possible.
• Work with the Executive Chef to develop and maintain menus that meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Manage the inventory and ordering of all restaurant supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
