Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
• Monitor the quality of food and service, ensuring that guests receive the best experience possible.
• Train and develop F&B staff to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure all F&B equipment is in good working order.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and maintain menus that meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
