Job Description:
A luxury hospitality property in Qatar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and client relations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in hospitality sales and deep understanding of the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives

• Target new business and build strong client relationships

• Oversee corporate, leisure, and group sales

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Mentor and manage the resort's sales team

• Provide regular reports and performance updates to management

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of GCC hospitality sales experience required

• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

• Arabic speakers preferred but not mandatory

• Fluency in English; Russian language is an added advantage

• Open to male and female candidates
