Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Leisure Pool Attendant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests using the pool and surrounding areas while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool area, ensuring that all guests follow safety rules and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, including picking up litter and ensuring that towels and other amenities are stocked and readily available.
• Test the pool water regularly and adjust chemicals as necessary to maintain safe and healthy water conditions.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to guests.
• Set up and take down chairs, umbrellas, and other pool equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a pool attendant in a 5-star hotel or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of pool safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as pool chairs and umbrellas.
