As a Demi Chef (Continental and Asian Cuisine), you will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting diverse dishes that meet our high standards. Your expertise in both Continental and Asian cuisines will be instrumental in elevating our menu.
Responsibilities:
- Skillfully prepare and present Continental and Asian dishes to perfection.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to innovate and enhance our menu.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, optimizing stock levels.
- Work harmoniously with our kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak times.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu planning.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef with expertise in both Continental and Asian cuisine.
- Proficiency in creating and presenting dishes from both culinary traditions.
- Exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferably with experience in Hotels
