Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully prepare and present Continental and Asian dishes to perfection.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to innovate and enhance our menu.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, optimizing stock levels.
  • Work harmoniously with our kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak times.
  • Contribute creative ideas to menu planning.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef with expertise in both Continental and Asian cuisine.
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting dishes from both culinary traditions.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferably with experience in Hotels
