Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Bartender to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality cocktails and drinks to guests, while providing exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks in accordance with established standards.
• Welcome and greet guests, making recommendations and answering questions about the drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and cleaning of the bar, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on new drink recipes and trends in the industry.
• Develop relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Work collaboratively with other F&B staff members to ensure the highest level of service is provided to guests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
