Job Description:
A luxury 5-star resort in Qatar is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista (male or female) to join its F&B team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospitality settings, hold a relevant technical certification, and be able to present a portfolio or profile of previous work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to high standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee stations

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coffee equipment

• Provide excellent customer service and beverage recommendations to guests

• Support the team with inventory and daily opening/closing tasks

• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality, café, or hotel environments

• Technical certification in barista or coffee preparation is required

• Must be able to present a work portfolio/profile (e.g., photos, videos, menu work, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a guest-oriented attitude

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Open to Filipinos currently in Qatar or applicants from non-QVC countries

• Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
