**Job Description:**

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced **Engineer** specializing in **Process Automation and Control (PAP)** for our **Phosphoric Acid Plant**. The Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to optimize the production processes within the plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, control systems, and a deep understanding of Phosphoric Acid production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Design and implement process automation solutions specifically tailored for the Phosphoric Acid Plant to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

2. Collaborate with the operations team to understand automation requirements and develop control strategies to improve plant performance.

3. Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SCADA systems, and other automation devices.

4. Conduct system integration testing, commissioning, and validation of automation solutions to ensure seamless operation and adherence to quality standards.

5. Provide technical support for process automation systems, including diagnosing issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring system reliability.

6. Monitor system performance, analyze data trends, and propose optimization strategies to maximize plant efficiency and output.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices in all automation projects within the Phosphoric Acid Plant.

8. Document system configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or related field).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation within a Phosphoric Acid Plant or similar industrial setting.

- Strong technical expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.

- Proficiency in automation and control system design, implementation, and optimization.

- Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Language Requirements:**

- Native Arabic speaker.

- Excellent command of English.
