**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Russian-Speaking Hostess to join our team at one of Abu Dhabi's premier hotel chains. The Hostess will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing the seating arrangement to optimize guest flow
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely service
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, such as answering questions or fulfilling special requests
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in Russian language is essential
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
