About the job Vehicle Administrator
We are seeking a meticulous Vehicle Administrator to efficiently manage and optimize our private client's vehicle fleet operations in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our vehicle fleet management, ensuring that our vehicles are efficiently utilized, maintained, and compliant with relevant regulations. You will work closely with various teams, including operations, maintenance, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and optimization of our vehicle resources.
Responsibilities:
- Handle vehicle fleet procurement, registration, and insurance processes.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vehicle documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams on budgeting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Prior fleet management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and software proficiency.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
