Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee credit assessment, risk management, and financial performance of RNPL (Rent Now, Pay Later) portfolios. The role focuses on safeguarding portfolio quality, improving collections efficiency, and maximizing overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze credit and risk profiles for monthly payment plans

• Approve, flag, or escalate applications based on financial criteria

• Reconcile monthly RNPL inflows against expected collections

• Coordinate closely with Collections on overdue accounts and risk exposure

• Design and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies

• Maintain accurate financial records and performance reports

• Support Admin, Listings, and Sales teams with financial insights

• Drive portfolio performance and maximize ROI

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in loan approval, credit analysis, or financial risk roles

• Strong understanding of installment-based or credit-led products

• Proven ability to manage risk and reduce defaults
