Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to support the sales and business development of flooring, fit-out, and interior finishing solutions.

Our client is a well-established and recognized contractor in the UAE specializing in flooring, fit-out, and finishing works, serving contractors, developers, and commercial clients across the market.

This role is ideal for sales-driven candidates with a technical mindset who are interested in building a career in the construction and finishing industry. Previous experience in flooring or fit-out is an advantage, but not mandatory, as product and project training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction and fit-out sector
Meet contractors, consultants, and project owners to present flooring and finishing solutions
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotations
Assist in preparing and submitting commercial proposals and tenders
Conduct site visits when required and maintain client follow-up
Support communication between the client and project teams during the sales process
Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with strong sales motivation and willingness to grow in the construction industry.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related roles
Experience in construction, building materials, or fit-out sector is an advantage
Ability to understand project requirements and basic technical specifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused personality
UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory

Compensation & Incentives

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
