We represent a privately owned developer-builder delivering a $2.5 billion multi-tower mixed-use precinct on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead site operations on a flagship high-rise stage of the masterplan. This is a large-scale, multi-year vertical construction program incorporating luxury residential, hotel and commercial components. The structure is developer-led with in-house construction capability, offering direct access to decision makers and meaningful programme ownership.

Reporting to the Director of Construction & Development and managing a team of 6, this role is responsible for the following:

• Lead all day-to-day site operations across high-rise vertical construction
• Drive programme sequencing and manage critical path activities
• Coordinate structural, façade and complex services integration
• Maintain high-end quality standards aligned to premium delivery
• Manage subcontractor performance and site productivity
• Oversee labour, plant and materials to meet milestone targets
• Champion WHS compliance across a dense, multi-trade environment
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
• Provide structured reporting to senior leadership
• Mentor and lead site teams to ensure consistent performance

The attributes we seek include:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or trade qualifications with comparable experience will be considered.
• 15+ years of senior site leadership experience, with proven delivery of high rise or large mixed use developments.
• Strong vertical construction experience (40+ storeys advantageous).
• Experience within developer-builder or Tier 1 environments.
• Commercially aware, programme-driven and solutions-focused
• Calm under pressure with strong leadership presence
