A high-growth, senior-led project delivery partner operating through an exclusive joint-venture pipeline is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on a flagship AUD 240 million riverfront residential development in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. The project comprises two approximately 15-storey residential towers delivering 215 luxury apartments, featuring high-end finishes and amenity-led design, with completion targeted for mid-2027.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Contract Administrator will take ownership of commercial and contractual administration across the project, managing two direct reports and working closely with site and project leadership to ensure cost, procurement, and contract controls are aligned to best-practice project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract administration across head contract and trade packages
• Procurement, letting, and management of subcontract packages
• Preparation and assessment of progress claims, variations, and EOTs
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Contractual correspondence and compliance with contract conditions
• Management and mentoring of Contract Administrators
• Close coordination with site and project teams to manage commercial risk

Technical & Experience Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a comparable discipline
• Tertiary qualified candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered, with selection based on demonstrated capability and proven performance
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of Australian standard forms of contract and subcontract administration
• Proven ability to manage complex trade packages and cost reporting on major projects
